There are a lot of changes going on right now with my modeling as well as working with the Boot Camp. I find that there are some days that are of course harder than others. this is such a niche industry, you have to wonder how some people stay in it soo long.

I have been in the modeling, spokes model, and promotional modeling circuit off and on for over 25 years. I have worked with some of the best talent and also some of the people who I am not sure why they are in the industry. It used to be all about getting published. Now with the internet and other social media.. you don’t have to be published to have a fan base.

With that, you have to be safe in who you work with and who you give out your information to. Don’t just think that everyone has the best intentions for you. They might act like it one day, then the next day you are pulling the knife out of your back. Find out who they have worked with. Always get references. And if you have the ability to take someone to your assignment, then do it. You should never have any regrets. You should though figure out if you are going to have any consequences to any shoots, images, or companies that you would be representing.
