Below you will find more about me – enjoy!
This is just a little about me. I have been very busy throughout my modeling career. When some have come in and been out of the business in a few years… I have stayed in it and worked through some rough patches. I am very excited on where things can go next. Thanks again for stopping by.
I was raised in the Atlanta area and have been pretty athletic for most of my life. I did everything from soccer to horseback riding to gymnastics. I even played the piano for a very short time :). I have been doing promotions and modeling for a better part of over twenty + years now. I have worked with some great photographers and ones who are just starting out in the business. I love networking and meeting new people all of the time. I take my modeling seriously with high compassion for the images that I shoot. I do treat all aspects of this with business ethics. Please understand that I take pride in every assignment that I incur. I have been lucky to have worked with as many models as I have. I work with photographers who are professional and who realize that it takes precision and planning to make a shoot successful.
I have very lucky to have been able to work with two very amazing photographers who I lost due to illness. Their images were captured and their friendship acquired. I hope that everyone that models has the opportunity to have such relationships in their lives. Doug Lester and Gary Berman were not only very good photographers but, both were good friends of mine. Doug was to me “Daddy” Doug. he was there for me when I needed a shoulder to cry on. He also had some great advice on some difficult times in my life. Gary was a friend who always wanted to make sure you looked on the bright side. He wanted to keep you informed but, also to just let you know that it was life. He was a talented DJ and captured some of my favorite club images for me.
I have extensively traveled the US. With being a model you have to go through some tough times and some great times, I do have to say that I work on the relationships that I have with models, photos, and companies. I can call most of the people that I have had a chance to work with close friends who I stay in constant touch with. I have made my name with the ones that I have worked with and try my best to not let the cynical parts of the business deter me from any assignments that I might be capable of. I have fought the possibility of cancer, thyroid issues, and lots of broken bones, so I think in the few years that I have been a model, I have made some smiles and done a pretty good job in working to achieve what was wanted from me. I love that I have great friendships with the people that I have met along the way and learned more about this industry every day. If you have some questions about my modeling or convention career that I have been a part of, please let me know. I will be happy to hear from you.
There is always drama in this industry and it never ends. You just have to roll with the punches and have some very thick skin. I have pissed some people off as well as they have done some shady things back to me. I have to say that not everyone is going to be able to click with everyone. I wish that it was possible but, it is not. Life has to go forward. Karma I do believe happens.
