All of the things that happen in a day and you end up going to bed and you are then having your mind running at a million time an hour. It is enough to make you sleep less and get so stressed out that you can’t even think about things straight. I find that writing about things and attacking them head on, even if it might not be the right thing to do, is very therapeutic.

The more that you let things build up and fester. The worse that they become. You just dwell on them. There is no moving forward. There is all of the assumption. It just gets even worse.

Also, I have found that limited interaction with the person that is causing you the headache is always a good thing. You can eliminate that by just saying No or making sure that they know what your perspective is.  You just have to breathe.
